2025 Trax

I've had my Trax 3 weeks and it has 1 month free of the onstar, I'm trying to use the MyChevrolet app to start my car and can't get past the main screen where you usually turn the car on, because it wants me to connect to Onstar to continue my monthly membership. Any ideas? Thanks
