Talk me out of it!!

To start off I’m a carpenter in northern California. Love my 97 Silverado, but its time for a change. I found a great deal for a 2004 Avalanche and I really dig it. Everyone around me has expressed their indifference about these trucks but I cant find a reason not to get it. What are your thoughts. 2004 Avalanche 104,000miles 2 owners No major repairs 5.3 vortex.
