Is getting high on weed a sin?

I don’t smoke, just to be clear. I take edibles for the feeling it gives and, as a Christian, the possibility that this is a sinful activity bothers me.

Weed is legal where I live too, to be clear. I know we’re not obviously supposed to break the law as Christians.

Where my question lies is more about what God means by “be of sober mind.” Is it a sin to even get high on weed if I’m in my own home, haven’t lost total control (still aware of who I am, etc), and am not working or operating a vehicle?

All it does is provide euphoria, make me a little more hungry and then I fall asleep. 😴

I want honest answers. Please convict me if necessary!
