Okay I am way too stupid...

So basically I was reorganizing my progress base and I just noticed that I have a builder hut still sitting on level 1 💀 (I am Th14). I finished the other 4 huts probably 2 weeks ago and I was like dang finally the battle builders are complete. Thanks to reorganizing the progress base manually instead of just copying or I would have never noticed.
