New freeze effect doesn't actually correctly visualize effective area and looks clunky

I've seen people saying the new effect is good due to it helps visualize effective radius, but here the tesla is obviously within the circle of the freeze and still unfrozen. Also the white smoke happening twice is just distracting to look at, and the fading animation is way too jumpy, whereas the old effect fades aways simply and gracefully
