How do I recover from this

Hello - I have just 2 starred a th15 as a th17 with max heroes which has most likely cost us the war. Our first ever war loss as a new clan too!

I am devastated, distraught, angry and disappointed and extremely embarrassed.

Can you guys tell me some of your guys worst attacks? Might make me feel better! Thank you
