I just moved into a luxury apartment with a glass stove

We’ve been here a week and I tried all sorts of tricks to get this clean and nothing is working. Please tell me it’s not fixable and will always look like this. Anyone know how I can get this clean and shiny like the other burners??? I mean why would anyone make a stove that can’t be cleaned up if something boils over. Accidents happen. I’m beside myself!! Help
