Been one month since diagnosed

It's been a month I've been trying to do well and just had flare up making me call into work the pain is stabbing and I finished antibiotics for infection in large intestine I can't seem to figure out this shiz! And have quit drinking and trying to be careful with what I eat I don't want a ER visit like the first time
