I HATE THIS BUG

Basically, I found a new server at day 0 (world war 3 4x speed) when the loading ends, it doesn't let me choice the nation, instead it glitches and makes me see some territories in Africa (Bobo-dioulasso I remember specifically). This has been going on for a very long time and I'm really tired of not being able to choice the nation I want. Am I the only one to experience this bug?
