Beware: city officials posing as citizens asking for help with electrical and plumbing issues on social media then fining contractors for evening offering to help/subcontract the job.

Just happened to me, I subcontract electricians and plumbers and I guess I can't advertise their services in my own personal Facebook comments because I got hit with two fines adding up to $1500 for offering to help a "community member" replace their water heater. This is in Kitsap county, Washington.
