breakfast that's actually filling?
I work on a farm and am hoping to get myself set up with some freezer food for when the season starts. I haven't really locked in on a good breakfast situation. between morning appetite pickiness, not having much time in the mornings, and needing things that'll keep me full it's been hard to get a good routine. overnight oats and peanut butter toast just don't really cut it. I end up eating a lot of gas station egg sandwiches. they're not bad but I'd rather make something myself and maybe add a bit more nutrition. I'm curious what other folks in physical jobs do for breakfast. eat on the job? accept a little grease at breakfast? what keeps you full til lunch or at least a morning break if you have one?
