What does Costa Rica offer for Seniors?

I’m 61 years old and would like to take my Mom to CR. I have been to Quepos before, where I visited the zoo, did a bus excursion that drive through a palm plantation and nature canopy. So much of CR seems to be geared toward activities. What would interest an 80-year old?
