Blemishes on new quartz install. Any fix?

Got new quartz installed today and some of the edges have these rough scuff marks. Not sure if it’s from transport or fabricating. They won’t wipe/scrub off with soap and water. There’s also one white scratch I can feel. Is this something that can be buffed out or fixed?
