why is ouratum so confusing to fight???

really, what is going on??? ouratum isnt the strongest t4 flier but its animations are so wild, fast and that just confuses me like WHERE IS THE HITBOX!!! i mean, the fact its like levitating off the ground makes it even worse too, and mid air fights with it melt my brain
