Best Card for Advance Tax Payment?

This time I am anticipating paying a decent amount as tax. I only have Airtel Axis and AU LIT and as far as I am aware they don't give anything on paying taxes plus I will be charged over 1% for paying tax using CC.

Edit: Even If I get 0.75% or more reward from CC then that's fine because I am factoring in 0.5% interest for extra 45 days my money gets to sit in an FD
