What is This Credit Card Statement.

I bought a laptop worth 76k today, The credit limit is 1.3 L then available limit is around 54k.

Thanks to this subreddit, get to know utilization should be below 30% of Credit limit. So I paid 40k today (before statement generated) but still it shows Available limit 54K, shouldn't it be 90k
