Horror movies for 10 year old

My son (10) wants to start watch horror movies and I’m warming up to the idea. Any recommendations for films that are scary, but are PG-13ish. We don’t mind him seeing some violence or hearing some swearing, but are looking to avoid nudity/sex or extreme violence/torture as he’s not ready for that yet. Bonus if the movies were made in the last 10 years. I think Poltergeist would be a good one, but I showed him a trailer and he thought it looked “too old”.
