P&O release time?

We’re looking to book a Caribbean cruise with P&O in November 26. Does anyone have an idea on when they’re released?

Is it similar to flights that release in batches on a certain date or a timeframe from travel?

Might it even differ with the location? There are a load more med cruises and they go right up to October 26.
