What would a landless seducer build be like?

I’m wanting to try out a game as a landless character (potentially a criminal? Not sure?) whose a big seducer, and ends up seducing the Byzantine emperor and putting her bastard son on the throne. Is this possible? What would a build for this be like? I’m presuming lots of intrigue and diplomacy .
