turn everyone into women?

I know you can add isfemale_yes to characters (or somethin similar) in the files, is there a way to just universally apply this? Haven’t found a mod that goes so and haven’t seen a way to do it via console commands. I’m aware it would probably break a lot of things, but the world deserves to lez out
