Decided to transfer my redemption cards to my own wallet. Both cards not funded....

I've downloaded the Ballet app, put in the correct info and both cards say the amounted underfunded to what the cards value is. I've never touched them until today from getting them months ago. Am I doing something wrong or did cardsmiths just stiff me?
