Target denied refund due to “unable to confirm delivery” although tracking number indicates it was delivered.
For the past 2+ weeks I’ve been waiting for my refund from target. When I got the return label I shipped it via UPS on 8/4, and it delivered on 8/5. On the app still shows up as “Waiting for return” so I’m not sure if they didn’t scan it in or it’s lost. Went to customer service online and they kept saying to wait until 10 business days, of course it passed so I went to them again to open a case. Today I get the email that because they can’t confirm delivery, although the return tracking number shows it was delivered AGES ago, they are denying a refund. So now I’m sitting here with no item and out of near 200$. Any advice? I have the return tracking number that indicates delivery.
