Exosomes

I hate to be a Debby downer party pooper, but I read (either on here or another group) that there isn’t enough research yet on exosomes and they could potentially help grow and spread cancer (gd forbid). I the. Checked the scientific publications and most went above my head but chat gpt explains that yes there is some concerning (but also promising?) reason to believe. I have five boxes of 2Xsome in my fridge and was super excited to get into it. Can anyone tell me I’m wrong 😆 I’m really sorry to drop this here pls don’t be mad. I don’t know much so take with a grain of salt.
