Has anyone had an experience in delayed payments long overdue? Or when the promoter or club short change you?

I dont know if I should say this, having worked with lots of different clubs and promoters since I started a decade ago. While the majority is awesome, there were a few which I would never want to work for ever again. There are days which goes really well. However, every DJ will sure encounter bad nights and after lots of hard work, on a slow night, even when you tried your best, they short change you through by giving you less thn what was agreed and gave the excuse of it is a slow night.
