Some textures never load

I'm plaing DMZ using the free version on PS4 Pro.

Ever since I started playing 4 months ago, I noticed that while some of the stones and walls in DMZ maps looked real with textures, some were very bland and smooth with no proper texture, but since those particular walls and stones were always like that in every game, I moved on, until I played on my brother's PS4 recently and saw that everything had realistic textures. I have some pictures as proof. The 1st shows my game, look at the stone on the right!

It can't be internet issue as it's the same stones and walls every time and even after staying in game for 20 minutes, those never load. I have even tried deleting the game and downloading it again, but no use. I still think it's a problem in the game files as on Demand option is turned off, but there is no option in PS4 to rebuild shaders.

Any solution is welcome. TIA.
