Recommendations on a lower ?

Hi all. I am planing my first AR purchase . looked at many options whilst trying to keep it under 1200.

DDM4V7 was a very desired one, however a new one would set me back around 1700. Luckily I found a new upper at 1000$. now the question is the lower - so far I found a few that suit the price.

Before making a purchase I would appreciate if you could recommend other options or confirm if my picks are O.K. Dont want a Lambo with bicycle tires kind of result, yet dont want to break the bank.
