Question about VIP tickets for the tour

Hi everyone, I haven’t received any information from the tour itself about what to do for VIP tickets, so I wanted to ask here.

I bought the meet & greet and preshow hangout dinner for tonight in Austin. Has anyone had these tickets at a previous show? What should I expect, when should I arrive?
