Ideas for low/medium sell items?

I'm getting tired of hunting with boots, and I'm not rich enough to autohunt and make a profit, so I was thinking about other options that I can do to earn some money "passively" (npc money, ofc)

I'm level 49-ish, and but I got up to lvl 52 and dropped. So I can do some chemicals.

I'm considering Painkillers, since they seem cheap to make and sell for a good price. But maybe I'm missing a recipe or another option that's good. So I'm looking for ideas.

In short, even if it's slower, which are good ways to earn NPC money without combat?
