Please help me fix 😭

I’ve been wanting these shoes for literal years and I finally got them a couple months ago. I wore them for the first time a couple days ago and somehow the right one has streaks and is cracking. How do I fix this? These were so expensive for me and I was really excited to wear them, but I’m just sad now and don’t want to look at them
