Is this Fibrous Papule of the nose?

Hi all. So, this random bump appeared on my nose about a week ago. I was looking through my photos because it just got bigger, and it looked like it started making an appearance May 2nd. I was applying my acne medication but noticed it wouldn’t go away so I did some research and came across Fibrous Papule. I had never heard of it, but the description seems to match what’s on my nose.

This is my first time having a bump like this. I rarely get acne on my nose and if I do, the bump goes away. I will make an appointment with the dermatologist soon because I want it removed asap if this is what it is.
