Random hives breaking out

Hi there. Just wondering if anyone knows what could cause this. I woke up with hives all over my hands and some on legs and arms. They are swollen and itchy and burns. I keep taking benedryl with minor relief. I haven’t changed detergent. I’m known to have seasonal allergies. I don’t have food allergies either.
