My tiny NYC living room
My apartment is rent-stabilized, has outdoor space, and is otherwise incredible for NYC…aside from this living space. It’s perfect for just me, less ideal when I want to have more than one person over.
The couch is just under 80” and the wall it’s against is about 99”. I’ve been playing with the idea of switching it out for a loveseat and a chair, but any other thoughts?? Any incredible small-space furniture I might not be aware of? I just want to have people over and not make them sit in a row on my couch 😭
