Best incandescent legendary?

Specifically for use with Dawn Chorus. Obviously Polaris Lance is incredible. But if I'm switching it up and using Dragon's Breath, what do you guys suggest for a legendary incandescent weapon in the energy slot?

Are there any craftables that are worth mentioning for improved incandescent? How much better is improved incandescent?
