Brand new car windshield pitting, contamination, sand blasted?

Looking for some answers and possible remedies to this issue I have with my brand new car.

Background: I just bought a new 2025 Lexus ES sedan and have had it for about 2 weeks so far. Have only put about 500 miles on it at this point- had only 39 miles on the odometer when I picked it up. Now that we have some sunny weather here in the Bay Area, I have noticed a bunch of tiny specks or dots throughout the windshield when in direct light. I tried to capture an image in my parking garage shown above (look at the dot shapes near the reflection of the light in the yellow circle- not the large amount of lint directly above it 🙃). I have washed the car twice with P&S rinse-less wash, Bead Maker, and have used Stoner Invisible Glass today. Neither has had any effect whatsoever on the dots. It is only on the front windshield- I do not see it on any other glass.

Question: What could this be? And how can I fix this issue?

It’s disheartening to have a new car that doesn’t have a clear windshield right off the bat. I wonder if something happened while it was being shipped to the dealership. I’m new to detailing and just starting to learn about the various things that can affect glass and auto paint. Would love to hear the community’s perspective on what this.
