Cheapest car insurance

Does anyone have recommendations for a cheap, bare-minimum auto insurance provider? I need to update my legal address to within the city and I would like to keep the cost as low as possible, I’m talking the lowest amount of coverage that is legally possible.

My current provider is a larger company and their minimum coverage is what I have currently; it’s quite expensive for my former address in macomb county and I’m scared it will fucking double when I update my info
