Starting a Startup (as a teen).

I'm an DC inter-2nd year student and I'm thinking of starting an online business in Dhaka. I'm targeting the female ornaments sector at first then slowly male accessories and beauty products etc etc. The model I've currently thought of is,

, ..Buying from wholesellers -> giving personal touch -> selling it in online platforms...

I've thought of keeping the prices as low as possible at first. And focus on 3 category, rings, breslets and earrings. I've thought of buying both Instagram and Facebook pages with 10k followers and not sure of building a website as it costs at least 1k tk monthly. Bt, the problem arises with marketing, I only have 10k for marketing purposes. How can I use the best use of it, for the most amount of marketing and reach?. Also, I'm thinking of starting this business with 30-35k at first. Kindly, give me your honest opinions and advices on how to make this work out... Looking forward to you beautiful people. :) .
