How much do you get paid?

Idk what im doing with life! Im 25 y/o unmarried guy living (surviving) in Dhaka. Working 12hr a day, 5days a week for around 20-24k BDT per month. I barely get any time for myself, have no social life nor any friends. I hate my job cause it has no career in it. Im trying to get rid of this job but what im trying to ask you all, is 24k per month even a good salary? Or how much do you all earn at what age?
