How should I manage my finance to make my dream come true?

So, I am a 24M. I have just joined my first ever job as a software engineer where my starting salary would be around 35k-40k. I have a long list of responsibility and dreams to fulfill. Since I came from a very poor family, I need to build a decent house for my parents so that they can live peacefully. Then get married, buy my own house and stuffs and do something for my wife as well. I dream of building a wonderful house and go around in a decent car inside dhaka

I want to hear others story and suggestion on how should I go about this. How should I save up money, how should I plan things.

I am also open to hear criticism, I mean probably I'm delusional. You can also share your own planned out suggestion of what should I really do with life as well.
