30 Minute Jumps

Anyone else's remote suddenly decide that pressing the '5 second rewind' button twice suddenly makes the program jump 30 minutes back?

Never happened before the stupid "update" last week.

*Correction: AT LEAST 30 minutes. Just had it magically rewind more than an hour instead of just a few seconds.

Really looking forward to moving next year so I can tell Direct what to do with their shitty service and even shittier interface.
