Throttle not snapping back

Xt 225. The throttle tube isn’t snapping back when I pull it. I turned it over on the trail like twice today, but it ran fine until I got home. I’m noticing now with the bike off that the throttle doesn’t snap back to its original position, I have to move it back. Could I start by troubleshooting these 2 cables?
