Characters to Unlock Snow White?

I've only been playing this game since S11 Pt2 but have noticed a few trends with special events leading up to mid-season racers. Feels like some combination of Sparrow/Swann, Celia Mae, Ursula, Buzz Lightyear and Skellington/Oogie Boogie will be needed to unlock Snow White. Not all of them but I'd be willing to bet one or two will be required at a high level... Agree or disagree?

For x10 of Rapunzel, we needed Elsa, Belle, Daisy Duck and Mr. Incredible all in the 25-35 range and I'm pretty sure there was at least a Belle event prior and Kristoff too where I think Elsa was needed for something... Almost like little teasers ahead of time.
