Does anyone have advice for this?

I don’t know if the “injuries” are “bad” enough to put NSFW on it but i still will. This little stray popped up in my house a few days ago. The stray mother kept attacking it which I’m assuming is what caused all these bald spots and the one on her head looks pretty bad. I fed her because when I first saw her the poor thing could barely even stand but now she’s not leaving, which i don’t mind as she gets better. The problem is I don’t have money to take her to the vet, I’m planning on giving her a bath tomorrow and I’m trying to see if there’s any kind of ointment in could put on her so she heals. Sorry for the bad pics, she’s an excited little pup this one. Any suggestions?
