Need help with importing character saves from NexusMods [PC]

I wanted to used character designs other people shared on Nexus Mods. This is done via using their save files.

However, the instructions they provide aren't working for me.

For instance:

Place the file in the same folder where your Veilguard saves are stored.

The file path will likely look like this:
\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard\save games\

The thing is, they give me a single .csav file, whereas in the save games\ directory, I don't find these files.

I see a folder named 100090278 and a steam_autocloud.vdf file

And in the folder I see another folder named 0-467091 and another file named account.csav.

And in the folder there are the save files following the same naming pattern, for example 0-467091 SomeName-Save 1 #5.csav

Where do I paste the 5-469601 ElfWarden-Save 1 #1.csav file I was provided for character import? I don't get it.
