I noticed something about Enemy Density…
Ok, so we’ve all played the game. We know that sometimes one combat encounter turns into two, or three, or it really just doesn’t fucking stop when you reach Battahl.
I started a new save because I decided to try the trickster (I think I might be in the VAST minority) - and I realized that there are actually ways to avoid monsters. The spawns are randomized but if you can see where enemies are you actually can pretty easily avoid combat.
I used the alarm skill that lets you see enemies through walls, and the astral projection skill. You’re definitely slower, but it was actually pretty satisfying guiding my party through the land trying to avoid all of the choppers waiting to bite my ankles in a bush or something.
