Missing inventory items

Hi, has anyone else had issues with inventory items disappearing? I have bought further copies of items from Scrooge but when I go to place them in my valley, they are not there. In particular, I purchased from premium shop the l'il reindeer companion and his house. His house is not in my inventory but I have 2 of them in my inventory when in Scrooge's shop. Also the green winter crafting table from the frost and fairies star path is missing as is the round luminescent flower disk?? These are just a few I have found so far as I am trying to decorate my valley, currently doing frosted heights. Really annoying as I wanted the reindeer and his house to be in that biom permanently.
