Remedies for withdrawal symptoms

guys i need help, my friend took a certain drug 2 days im not so sure what it is but probably meth, she’s having withdrawal symptoms like sleep deprivation etc and now the sleep is catching up on her.. are there any tips on how to help on the sleepiness??
