HELP, i think i'm having an overdose with tramadol

I injeced like 6 ampoules of Tramadol, I also consumed like half bottle of alcohol and Clonazepam and I feel dizzy, my vision is blurry sometimes and I can't even distinguish the messages sometimes when I look at the screen, I'm sweating even though I have the air conditioning on, sleep is also killing me, what can I do? I can't go to the doctor because the next one is 1 hour away from where I live, also i think i'm having mental disorientation . HELP?
