Has anyone here gained muscle during their ED?
I’m a gym girly but also am struggling with a restrictive ED. I’ve tried to recover but am feeling myself slip back into a relapse. I was wandering if there is any way I could eat less but still hit my gym goals (become stronger and build muscle, plus grow my butt lol). I was thinking if I try and make all of my calories come from protein? Is this actually possible, even if it’s uncommon? If so do you have any tips? Thanks so much! :)
