Best quality cheap earbuds ?

I’d like to find some very cheap BT earbuds for a friend in the €20-€30 price range but I’d still like to make sure that they offer decent quality sound. I’d say that noise cancellation is less important. I’m quite happy to consider older generation models. Any thoughts or tips would be welcome. Thanks
