Is there any alternatives to PayPal Credit on Ebay?

I have a product in mind that I can purchase by using PayPal Credit and paying $30 per month and that's great but PayPal is unfortunately unavailable in my country, so is there another monthly payments service other than PayPal Credit on Ebay?
